These cards have a three year expiration.

NON-RESIDENT CARD for families outside of the Lombard corporate limits may also be obtained. A fee is charged for the non-resident card. This fee is determined using the same method by which resident taxpayers' annual taxes are determined. If you are renting outside the Lombard corporate limits, a fee of $92.72 per family, for the 2010/2011 fiscal year will be due. Keep in mind, once the fee is paid, all family members residing at that residence can receive a library card. Please be sure to bring proper identification. These cards have a one year expiration.

PROPERTY OWNER within the Village limits of Lombard may obtain a library card at no cost. Family members currently residing with the property owner are also able to receive library cards. The cards have a three year expiration.
